College open gym to public
On Monday of this week, the RNC Sport & Rec Studentshave opened their gym to the public.
GYM'LL FIX IT is open to anyone for fitness tests, personal training, weight training sessions, circuit training sessions and ab sessions
AND ITS ALL FREE TO USE..

The Hereford United Disabled Team are based at the RNC in Hereford, who's last home fixture of the season is at home against Birmingham City on Saturday. Kick-off is at 2pm.
