Hereford FC's dressing room has been updated. Manager Paul Caddis said that it is now of a 'high standard worthy of an EFL changing room'. 

Morecambe are set to play a pre-season friendly at AFC Fylde next Saturday. Despite not being paid manager Derek Adams said 'The players are not on strike and they all trained today at the training ground.' 

Forest Green has announced a new initiative called 'Football On Perscription'. Doctors and nurses can prescribe football if the patient and doctor feel it could help mental illness or feelings of isolation. 

Hereford's Under 18's are away at Pershore Town tomorrow evening. Kick-off is at 7.45pm.
