Hereford manager Paul Caddis was pleased to win this afternoon's friendly against West Brom Under 21's.
"Really pleased, thought there were a lot of good things in the game," said Caddis.
"We got off to a great start with the two goals.
"The biggest thing in pre-season is getting minutes but I want to win, I want to win games of football. We've got to try and install that winning mentality into the football club as a whole.
"Pleased to win the game, pleased to get the minutes, a lot of good stuff."
The first two goals.
"Chay has put a brilliant ball for Cowls, the first one was scored by Hudson
"Just picking up good positions on the second phase.
"Hudson from the day we brought him in he's been exceptional. He's on the front foot, he's aggressive, he's loud, he's quality in possession and he's real popular lad.
"Really pleased he got his goal, he deserves that.
"Chay was really bright, really lively.
"We went through some clips after the Westfields game and just encouraged him when he gets high up the pitch to finish with something, whether it's a cross or trying to get past someone.
"We like to give the wide players that freedom.I don't want us to be a team that turns down crosses and turns down shots and wants to come back, pass it back across the box, keep the ball 300 times.
"I don't want to be that manager, I'm not that manager."
