News Round Up

Forest Green Rovers have narrowed down the design of their new stadium to just two contenders. The new ground will be part of a new £100m business park beside junction 13 of the M5 in Gloucestershire. The winning design will be announced by FGR owner Dale Vince in September, with Zaha Hadid Architects and Glenn Howells Architects responsible for the designs.

Three directors of Worcester City have resigned, claiming they have been misled, with supporters calling the situation 'shambolic'. The news comes days after the supporters trust met with the club to informally discuss a potential takeover of the exiled club.

BBC Local Radio stations have agreed to continue coverage of the 68 National League clubs until 2020. The BBC's Head of Sport for England has said the deal 'demonstrates commitment to bring fans across all the sporting action from their area'.

Kidderminster Harriers are offering free entry to their supporters for the upcoming preseason friendly against Hereford at Aggborough, as the club try to 'make the action as affordable as possible'. If fans attend both the Burton and Doncaster games, they will be given a voucher entitling them to free admission.
Otherwise, admission to the game will be adults £10, concessions £5 and U16s £1.
