Former Bull Is Performance Psychologist For Wales


A former Hereford United player is currently the performance psychologist for the Welsh national team.

Ian Mitchell made three substitute appearances for Hereford under Colin Addison in the 1990/91 season.

He also played for Newport County and later for Merthyr.

Mitchell went on to become a highly qualified academic with a Masters degree and a PhD in Sports Psychology. 

He has worked in 32 Countries and at major events events including the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games and the Euros. He also works for Swansea City.
