After this afternoon's 8-0 win against Heanor Town, Hereford FC manager Peter Beadle spoke to the press.
"I thought the lads were outstanding from the first minute to the last," said Beadle.
"To play Wednesday, Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, some of them didn't play on Thursday, but they were there still, it's been a massive group effort again today.
"It was important we got the first goal and once we got that it settled us down and then obviously even at 3-0 up we weren't safe as Heanor are strong and they're dangerous and a big side.
"We said about making sure we start right second half and to score as early as we did and then to score two or three goals as quickly as we did, it was game over then and you could see the strength sapping out of them.
"A truly professional performance."
3-0 down at half time Heanor changed their shape.
"They tried to get themselves back in the game but for us it was more of a case of making sure everyone was aware this game wasn't over and it was important we started the second half right and making sure we did the right things.
"So to get the goal was a bonus and then after that the lads were fantastic again today."
