Former Bulls striker Waide Fairhurst has joined Halifax Town after leaving Torquay. Southern League side Taunton Town say their cashflow has been decimated following a string of postponements. Five of their last six home matches have fallen to the weather, including tonight's planned match, leading their Chairman to call on the FA to have a fund to help clubs during such times.
Exeter have received outline planning permission for a redevelopment of one of their stands. A new 1,600 seater stand would be built as part of a development of flats to house over 300 students, while a 1,000 capacity terrace for away fans will be built if funds are available after the main development. However local residents are concerned at the plans, claiming that there will be more students than locals in the area after the development.
