Midfielder Aaron Birch felt that although Quorn had a bit about them, Hereford FC deserved the three points they got this afternoon.
"A tough game, they worked really hard to be fair," Birch told BN.
"They had a little bit about them and they did a job on us but we still won.
"We didn't play the greatest but it's three points, that's the main thing."
Several passes went astray particularily in the first half.
"I think maybe we tried to force it, sometimes we need to relax a bit and calm down and pick the right pass at the right time.
"But a couple came off and we got two goals from it."
Keeper Harvey Rivers looked busier this afternoon although Quorn hardly had a shot on target.
"I don't think he did much save-wise but he's always been in the game. Balls sent back to him or balls went through to him.
"Beads said after the game that the back four didn't look as solid as in previous weeks.
"A few mis-clearances and balls skidding through.
"But Harvey dealt with it to be fair."
Birch played the whole game after being subbed in the game last Tuesday.
"I went off Tuesday night, not injured but a bit tired. Played a lot of games in a row. Saturday, Tuesday, Saturday, Tuesday so I think it was to give my legs a rest.
"Hopefully I'll be involved on Tuesday against Westfields. I want to play in as many games as possible as long as I'm fit.
"Being a local derby they'll be really up for it, we'll be up for it.
"It's a cup game as well so we have to win!"
