Our picture shows the mess in the one corner of Edgar Street, the home of Hereford United.

In the terms of the lease with Herefordshire Council, the football club are supposed to keep the property tidy and in good repair.

Obviously that is not being done.

And that is down to one person, club chairman Andy Lonsdale.
