Hereford United are back in the Companies Court this morning for another winding up petition hearing.
The case is top of today's list and so should start at 10.30am.
HMRC are the lead creditor for the case and as at Friday afternoon a further 18 creditors have attached to the petition.
One of those is former manager Martin Foyle who has re-attached to the petition after an agreement to pay him by the club has not been honoured.
There should be news of the outcome of the case sometime after 10.45am.
