Hereford United captain Rob Purdie will miss Tuesday's trip to Port Vale after limping off during the second half of yesterday's game against Southend.
According to Richard Prime of the Hereford Times, Purdie has a hamstring injury which could keep him side-lined for several weeks.
Purdie has been one of the most consistent players in the Hereford United squad this season.
