Round up from Fans Forum

Here's a round up of the main items from this evening's fans forum as tweeted by BN.

And we're off..

Peters with opening speech. Wants to be 'very transparent '. Any question we want to ask, won't be embarrassed

Peters confirms contract signed. And they can call him Martin as much as they like!

Asked about what each coach does. Peters says Keyte is paying his wages not the club. Already saved the club what he's cost

Keyte has a weakness giving the manager what he wants in terms of players . Peters has taken that responsibility and will say no if wrong

Other coaches are doing their same jobs. Hoult is GK coach primarily then assistant job. Pitman and Sneekes do much of the coaching.

Kovacs - Luton paying most of wages, deal done to finalise in Jan. Cost the club a small bit to finish deal

Tactics board is out...

Peters didn't think we'd get any points til Xmas. Not fit enough to play the way they wanted at first.

Hates the word 'hoofball'. At this level you can't pass it around, need to find another way

Have to make ten passes in a move to get a chance playing nice football. Hardly ever happens. Get balls forward, take less risks as players

Back behind ball. Last third they can be as adventurous as they want

Don't take risks at the back. Use pace and skill of Barks, Leslie, and Pell to create.

Says Crewe formation was 424 not 442. Playing Elder on his own allows Featherstone to push up as well

'Really battered' Birmingham. Playing Kidderminster tmw. Using break as mini pre season.

'If we get this right it'll be the most exciting football you ever see '

Tactics board over. Round of applause.

Jan transfers- not a lot coming in, a few going out. Praise for Facey. Didn't think he was working hard enough but he is now.

Facey is pushing the players as well.

Important to have four forwards to play high tempo, and change both at h/t if needed.

Arquin needs a run in the team, and he could be like Manset.

Peniket needs 'toughening up'. Fulham know he may not get games til Jan. Good impact player, can finish.

Barks 'desperate ' to stay. Hopes to keep him to end of season.

Good chance Ryan Green will be offered improved deal before end of season.

Colbeck 'running like a nutcase' will be fit soon.

Arquin and Facey would have played wide in fa cup til injury. Praise for Clucas. Hard worker, enthusiastic.

McQuilkin hasn't adapted to formation yet. Wants to play Pell position or Barks. Three of crowd want Pell dropped, other hundred don't!

On lunt - has to dislodge Pell or featherstone. Again hasn't adapted yet

Second Part:

Peters says he shares managerial duties with Pitman, but it's Pitman's decision ultimately.

Peters handles budget matters and negotiations. Pitman 'head coach' to Peters 'general manager'

Has suggested giving out 1200 free season tickets to kids. Wants to build the club.

On Andy Todd - saw him for Port Vale Res. Struggle to get three games a week. Saw him last week, he's retired.

Saw Canham play twice for Bath. Weir three/four times. Had Canham as kid at Exeter

Canham's been training here while at Bath anyway. Might as well have him here for what they were contributing.

Stam fit soon, but will have to dislodge Townsend first.

On scouting network - Ipoua not working with club at present. Sneekes and Peters doing most coverage.

Players can't sell houses in current climate so won't move large distances. Have to target closer sides for talent.

Blackfriars End - good chance of long term lease being done then hotel and stand to be done. Russon 's on the case.

Peters' choice to be here on his own tonight. Didn't want the confrontation of last forum and get the message across clearly.

Questioner calls Pitman arrogant, driving away support from the club.

Peters calls Pitman a good coach. Needs to learn the job. Wouldn't be here if Pitman couldn't improve. Praised Pitman for 2nd half lst forum

Wants to tell Supporters straight to stop silly stories from 'keyboard warriors '

No longer 'worst team in division '. We have improved. Better than we think we are. Training superb. Fight for places. Better mood.

Question on low gates. Over 55% budget at present. Might end up with embargo. Audit Dec 19th.

Keepers - who's the best. Bartlett on form in training, will challenge Cornell. Wouldn't put a bet on who will play next.

Reserve games - if they can they'll let fans in. Some arranged late. Tomorrow 's game at Kidderminster arranged last night

Leslie loan - Turner to decide first whether he's happy for him to stay out. Then we decide how to make the five loans up.

This will be hardest season. Have to survive this term and push on next.

80% of goals come from mistakes. Only 20% created.

Purdie carrying neck injury for few weeks. Not trained all week.

On Elder - waiting on Jan and any embargo. Same with Clist.

Peters very happy with Danny Williams. Working hard, playing well when asked.

Next season we'll have a full budget not the bit we're playing with at the moment

Impassioned plea for supporters to come along and boost gates.

Strong round of applause to finish off. Two hours, nothing ducked.
