We Like Harry says Peters

Harry Pell was one of the Hereford United players talked about at the Fans Forum.

"Harry looks like he is going to be a great prospect," said Gary Peters, the Bulls new director of football.

"I think we can bring him on, make him a better player but we can only allow him pitch time when we can trust him.

"We like Harry. We want Harry to come through confident, enjoying his football, able to create things for us and have an end result.

"He's got a bit to do yet.

"I've sat down with Harry. Great conversation with him today. He's not moaning and questioning why he's not in the side. He's asking what he can do to get in the side.

"With a lad like that who's prepared to learn and wants to learn he can become a player."

Manager Jamie Pitman also chipped in.

"Harry had a lot of interest last year after his loan here and going back to Bristol Rovers.

"One of the big reasons he came to this football club was because he knew how we worked.

"He knew also that I think we will be an exceptionally good player one day.

"Now what you have to do with a lad who is 19 years old is nurture him, guide him, help him."
