Crewe are now the only side without a point after going down 2-0 at Shrewsbury and getting a man sent off. Their goal difference is -7 with Plymouth joining the Bulls on -8 and a single point after they also had a man sent off in their 3-0 loss at Gillingham. Also stuck on one is Bradford, who lost 1-0 at home to Dagenham. Aldershot's 2-0 loss at Morecambe sees them next in the table on three points along with Swindon, who play Oxford tomorrow.
Crawley are already top of the pile after beating Torquay 3-1. They're level on points with Rotherham, who twice came from behind to draw 2-2 with Barnet, and Gillingham. Port Vale hammered Accrington 4-1 to remain unbeaten, while Bristol Rovers could only net a goalless draw with Macclesfield. Burton won, 1-0 at Southend, to double their points tally.
In the Conference Forest Green hammered Alfreton 6-1 with Gateshead retaining the early top spot after a 1-1 draw with Kettering. Luton fired a warning with a 5-1 demolition of Southport, while Kidderminster won 2-1 at Cambridge and Telford won 1-0 at York.
