Stockport County Caretaker manager Peter Ward spoke to the media after the game.

"We just didn't start at all, we were very slow out of the traps and we got punished for it," said Ward as reported by BBC Sport.

"Stephen's [Husband] been booked early on in the game and then he's come in with another rash challenge, and I hope he learns from it because he's a good player and we missed him second half.

"It's difficult when you are down to 10 men kicking down the hill and the winds blowing a gale, but some of our play is too slow."
