Tristan Plummer is the latest of this season's loanees to be released from his parent club.
The Bristol City striker is one of nine released by Bristol City this week, but fellow ex-Bull Marlon Jackson has been offered a new one year deal with the Ashton Gate club. Also on the way out are current Torquay loanee keeper Steve Collis, and ex-Cheltenham and Chesterfield loanee Frankie Artus.
Plummer scored four times in seven games during a month with the Bulls. In January he went to Gillingham on loan, making just two appearances.
Meanwhile another former loanee, goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi, has had his loan at Tranmere extended for the final game of the season due to ongoing injuries to their two senior stoppers. He has played four times for the Prenton Park outfit, helping them to seven points from twelve as they battle against relegation.
