Hereford United chairman Graham Turner has said that he is hopeful that the plans for the Blackfriars End of the Edgar Street Stadium will be with the Herefordshire Council shortly.
In an interview given last Friday Turner said the main issue left to sort was access for emergency vehicles.
"The architect has gone off and will slightly adjust the plans," said Turner
"Technically everything is OK as far as the Football Foundation are concerned.
"The planning application now should go in, I would hope, before the end of next week."
