The news that some Hereford United supporters can get 20% off at Wetherspoons, as revealed by the Official Website, could hit trade at Radfords, the recently refurbished Bulls clubhouse.
The deal with Wetherspoons, now called The Kings Fee, depends on supporters having a season ticket, or match day ticket and there are conditions which are not specified.
And whilst there is little doubt that 20% off is a good deal for supporters, it could take trade away from Radford's new tenant Jamie Smith who has put a lot of effort into improving the clubhouse.
Update 5pm: The 20% off deal is only for food according to later information released by the OS.
