In a change from previous seasons when the manager took the pre-match warm up, coach Jamie Pitman and fitness expert Tony Ford were on the pitch with the Hereford United squad this afternoon.
In the past John Trewick used to take the warm-up and then manager Graham Turner was out on the pitch to watch and encourage. But today Trewick left it to his trusted staff.
In another change there was no second half warm up for the Bulls. For some reason this practice ceased during last season.
Finally some of the dug out at grounds may need to be made bigger to accomodate seven substitutes. The change from five substitutes in League matches started today.
