With the possibility of relegation looming there have been some calls on the forum for manager Graham Turner to consider his position at Hereford United.
However in his pre-match comments before yesterday afternoon's match at Edgar Street, BBC H&W's reporter Keith Hall suggested that despite Hereford United's lowly position in League One, manager Graham Turner retains a lot of support.
He was asked by presenter Howard Bentham whether there had been any calls for a change of management, change of the board.
"There always is one or two. I like to put it this way, the silent majority are still firmly behind the structure here.
"You name me any other side in the Football League that has recorded annual profits for six seasons.
"I know the critics will say get your cheque book out Graham Turner - let's see some money spent on players. But in the current situation I think Hereford are probably better off trying to stay in League One so be it.
"I just go back to the dark days when we almost didn't have a football club here. We were talking about having a members club all putting in £100 or £500 and going and playing on Bishop's Meadow to keep the name of the club going.
"Those dark days are long since gone thankfully.
"The vast majority who also don't shout a lot, they don't make a lot of noise, I think they are still behind the club."
