News Round Up

Luton fans are to display a giant protest flag at Wembley to show their anger at the FA and the points deduction given to the club. Northampton have signed winger Ikechi Anya on a short term contract. The former Oxford and Wycombe trainee has recently been with Halesowen Town.

Stockport have a second consortium interested in buying the club. The group comprising two former board members and a number of local businessmen have called on the Supporters Trust to vote to relinquish their ownership of the club. Weymouth are to be investigated by the FA after it was revealed they made an £11,270 payment to a company who lists Rushden chairman Keith Cousins as a director. The company specialises in finding investment for football clubs, and the club say they've done nothing wrong despite the subsequent scoreline between the two sides.
