Bulls striker Steve Guinan has spoken to the Scunthorpe Telegraph ahead of the weekend match:
"Everyone predicted us and Cheltenham to go down at the start of the season and that's something we've got to face. But people said that about us last season and we went out and proved them wrong. That's part and parcel of being at Hereford, always being the underdog. We have relatively small gates in comparison to a lot of the other teams which obviously has a knock on effect on our playing budget.
"But we aspire to be like Scunthorpe and Colchester in League One, who still have smallish gates but won promotion to the Championship. It is do-able if you've got good management and playing staff who can work together. Obviously survival has to be the main objective for us this season, but I don't really think the team or the management really want us to only just survive by the skin of our teeth on the last day of the season.
"Although we've had a bad start I'd like to think we can aim a little but higher up and possibly aim towards mid-table. Obviously it's not looking too rosy for us at the moment but there's still a heck of a long to go. At the moment it's about getting the right mix and the right formation and get settled on something that is going to get us a win and it's difficult to do that."
