News Round Up

Cheltenham have signed defender Drissa Diallo from MK Dons on a months loan. The 35 year old was taken to Stadium:MK by new Robins boss Martin Allen. Crewe have placed midfielder Ben Rix on the loan list. Hartlepool and Leyton Orient have been linked with a loan move for Coventry striker Kevin Kyle, but his £8,000 wages would have to be heavily subsidised.

Leeds will learn their punishment for breaching FA agent rules on September 30th. Mansfield have confirmed that they are the club being investigated over an ineligible player. Striker Aaron O'Connor's involvement in their first two games of the season is the cause for concern, but the club state that no formal charges have been brought.

Trevor Benjamin will not be signing for Gillingham after his trial. Of the five trialists at Priestfield only winger Albert Jarrett was offered a short term deal.
