On Police advice, Hereford United are now requiring proof of name and address to purchase tickets.
A statement on the official site reads: "Please Note: On Police advice, evidence of name and address must be made available when buying tickets."
It is not defined what is, or is not, acceptable proof. Usually when proof of identity is required is it in the form of a Passport, Driving Licence, or one or more recent utility bills.
Meanwhile Postal and Phone applications will only be accepted until 4pm on Wednesday to allow adequate time for the tickets to reach the buyers. These applicants will have to pay £4.75 for Special Delivery.
