Trent McClenahan, the Hereford United defender, has been called up into the Australian squad to play Ghana at the Queens Park Rangers's ground on Tuesday evening.
Injuries to three of their top players has left gaps in the squad and so McClenahan and three other lower league players have been brought in at short notice.
In other news, ex-Bull Paul Parry has been withdrawn from Wales' squad for their midweek match with Lichtenstein after he was subbed after half an hour of Cardiff's game on Saturday with a dead leg.
