Peterboro have been rebuffed by MK Dons in a move for striker Izale McLeod.
The London Road outfit made an offer worth £1million over three years for the striker that has averaged a goal every other game for the franchise side over the last two years. Peterboro have, however, released Paul Carden after injury restricted his chances this season. Midfielder Carden, 27, was their player of the year last season after following Mark Wright to London Road.
