Ferrell praises Luke Webb

Andy Ferrell has praised the contribution of Luke Webb on his first full game for Hereford United yesterday.

"Luke is a good player, a good passer of the ball and technically very, very good," said Ferrell as reported on Sky Sports.

Sky said that 'Hereford's highlight was the debut performance of Luke Webb, son of former England midfielder Neil Webb.'

Ferrell commented on the game.

"We did not play well and in the first half, we were lazy.

"We did not really up the tempo and it has been like that most of the season.

"We did okay in the second half, but at the moment we seem to be a one-half side which, if that continues, will not be good enough for the rest of the season."
