The four byes for the LDV Trophy have been announced. Bradford and Port Vale receive byes in the Northern section, while Colchester and Walsall receive byes in the Southern section. The byes are necessary to even up the number of teams.
In other news, Aldershot are keen to sign midfielder Andre Boucard from Peterboro on loan. Ex-Reading man Boucard, 20, would be their fifth current loanee - the maximum number they can name in a 16 man match squad.
