Hereford Are In A False Position Said Rooney

During his pre-match preview Macclesfield manager John Rooney said that he felt that Hereford are in a false position in the League.

"We go and do our stuff and we watch their games back to see where their strengths are and where there weaknesses are," said Rooney.

"They are a team who are playing a lot of games themselves. They've had a lot of postponements due to troubles with their pitch. So they are catching up with games and are probably in a false position in the league table.

"They've picked up some really good results with their new manager coming in.

"So it will be a really tough challenge, same as always. Every game at this level is tough.

"But it's a game we are really focused on and we are going to put ourselves in the best possible position to win the game."
