Sublime Williams strike sees Bulls ahead at the break

A 16th-minute Andy Williams goal sees Hereford leading Alfreton 1-0 at the break.

A calm Bulls side confidently playing the ball out from the back have largely kept a physical Alfreton side at bay.

Lone striker Williams curled home the ball from the edge of the box in the 16th minute and Alfreton haven't been able to draw themselves back level, although Aaron Skinner bravely blocked a Max Hunt shot with Theo Richardson beaten.
