As expected Saturday's National North League fixture between Hereford and Warrington will kick-off at 1pm because of continuing problems with the floodlights.
Hereford's general manager Jamie Griffiths has commented:
"I’d like to thank all our supporters for their patience and understanding during what has been a frustrating time for everyone with regards to the floodlights. I am sorry for any inconvenience that has been caused by the necessary move to 1pm kick-offs recently, but can reassure fans we are continuing to push hard to finalise the plan for the installation of our new lights.
"Following the Christmas break, we’re pleased to confirm that work on repairing the floodlight in the Meadow End/Len Weston corner is scheduled to begin in the coming week. Our aim is to have the floodlight fully operational in time for the Southport game, and will provide a further update once more information is known.
"We appreciate your continued support and understanding as we work to resolve this issue."
