Final Ball Doesn't Drop For Us Said Clark

Hereford Kept A Clean Sheet At Spennymoor Yesterday

Spennymoor manager Ian Clark felt his side edged yesterday's game against Hereford but he admitted finshing was a problem. He also spoke about the two penalty appeals which were both turned down.

"We're frustrated with the performance in terms of those little moments in the final area," said Clark.

"Frustrated with decisions that don't go our way, that other teams seem to get."

The two penalty shouts.

"The first one he said the lads arm is not up but his arm is way up here and it bounces to the keeper.

"The second one is near the end. Ramshaw has turned him (Robinson) inside. He's come inside with his right foot.

"And the lad slides and takes the ball with him.

"They're the moments we get frustrated about.

"We're unbeaten again at home but we always want three points.

"It's frustrating that final third, we got in some good areas. But that final ball doesn't seem to drop for us.

"Hereford are a good side, they've only lost one game all season.

"They are unbeaten away from home, they are one of the favourities to go up.

"It's a point, we'll have to take it."
