Pleased With The Result Said Caddis

Today's victory at Brackley has pushed Hereford up to third in the table. And The Bulls are now the League's top scoring club with 14 to date.

But it wasn't an easy game and probably overall Brackley will feel they deserved a point out of it. They had more of the possession and countless corners.

But it was no surprise that manager Paul Caddis 'was pleased with the result'.

"But we can play better," he said.

"I thought the first half was like as if we had just turned up.

"We lacked a little bit of personality in terms of trying to keep possession.

"This is a really tough place to come, it felt as though the first half was a little bit dead.

"I thought we defended our box in the main really well but then we switch off.

"If you give away a lot of corners and set-pieces you are going to conced one, it's inevitable.

"But we got a reaction at half time. Second half we passed it a lot better, we were very good on the counter.

"If we could tidy up that final bit I think we could have scored more.

"Brackley are a really good team, they remain one of the favourities to get out of this division. I have a lot of respect for Gavin Cowan and his team.

"To be the first (Hereford) manager for a long time to come here and win is obviously a privilege as well.

"But it's about the three points but we won't get too excited, we'll move on to Tuesday night."
