Brackley manager Gavin Cowan was disappointed to have lost to Hereford this afternoon in injury time but felt his side's performance was excellent.
"Really disappointed with the result, there's no getting away from that," he said.
"In terms of performance I though the lads attitude and application was excellent.
"Game plan was excellent but big moments we couldn't take, we allowed them to creep in on us twice.
"Really disappointed but it's hard to criticise the lads when they performed so well.
"Really disappointed to lose it at the death, we felt we should have won the game and if it was based on performances we would have done but it's not.
"It's about what happens in both boxes and credit to Hereford they managed to hang on in there and get the win."
Brackley had more of the possession.
"I didn't think it was them camping in their half, I think we were earning it.
"We were moving the ball and causing them problems and causing them to change shape. They didn't really have too much answers.
"But they showed they were able to hang in there and we were not ruthless enough."
