Chorley manager Andy Preece has said that this afternoon's tough against Hereford will be 'very tough'.
It's understood over 200 Hereford supporters will be at the game.
"Hereford won 3-0 against South Shields," said Preece.
"They've signed a few over the summer.
"They were very close last year, they've added to that, they are a good side.
"They were one of the best sides we played last year and the manager has done a great job.
"You look at the signings they've brought in, I expect Hereford to be right up there.
"So it will be a real, real tough test for us and we'll need a big crowd because Hereford come in their numbers.
"So it's an exciting game to look forward to so early in the season."
