Ahead of the first league game of the season Hereford manager Paul Caddis has brought in a striker, Ahkeem Rose, on a short term deal.
Given an injury to Jason Cowley, Caddis said last weekend he might bring in someone as cover.
“Ahkeem is a player we know really well having trained with us for a short spell last season and then again this season," said Caddis.
"He’s someone we
think has real scoring abilities and will be a good short term addition
to our group. We look forward to welcoming him into our squad."
Last season Rose was with Scottish club Ayr United.
Jamacain born Rose, who is 25, started his career with Pelsall Villa before a trial with Grimsby in 2016 led to a contract.
In 2020 he joined Dover and a year later Weymouth. In 2023 he moved to Ayr.
