News round up

Harry White
Former Hereford striker Harry White has signed for step four side Evesham United. The 29-year-old Birmingham-born forward joined Hereford after the departure of John Mills when the Bulls were promoted to the National League.

He made 17 appearances before being released by mutual consent six months after joining. He then had a short spell at Redditch United before Australia beckoned. He then had further spells at Stratford Town, Halesowen Town and Racing Club Warwick.

Another former Bull also looks set to have a new club. Sam Clucas has been linked with a move to League Two Chesterfield. Winger Clucas, who has previously played for Chesterfield, was released by Rotherham United and the Spirites let their ambition know from early on that he was one of their top targets.

He left the Bulls, then in the Conference, in 2013, when newly-promoted League Two side Mansfield Town snapped him up for £20,000 plus a 15 per cent sell-on clause. Since then he has had spells with Chesterfield, Hull City and Swansea, before joining Stoke City where he struggled with injury.
