The Hellenic League side, who play a stone's throw from Edgar Street at the County Ground on Widemarsh Common, said they had signed Sterry until the end of the season.
Sherry is a keeper with Hereford's youth side but he has been training with the first team.
He has been named on the bench for some Hereford first-team games as well, and has been given game time by Paul Caddis in the FA Trophy.
Announcing the signing of the 17-year-old, Lads Club said: "We are delighted to welcome Hereford FC’s Shay Sterry who joins us until the end of the season.
"Shay is a talented young goalkeeper and is a great addition to our side."
A student at Hereford Sixth Form College, he was praised on social media when he made his first-team debut in the Bulls' 4-1 second round Trophy win against Redbridge.
The college said: "While Shay S isn't revising challenging subjects such as Maths or Chemistry, he plays the vital role of goalie for Hereford Football Club! Shay made his first-team debut on the 18th November, making a cracking save that amazed fans.
"Fantastic work, Shay! Good luck with all of your upcoming fixtures."
