Hereford are currently fourth in the National North League table. Yes they have played a game or two more than some of the clubs around them but it wasn't long ago they were nearer the bottom than the top.
Manager Paul Caddis is very pleased.
"I try my hardest not to get too high and I try not to get too low," he said.
"We are in a really good position.
"Did anyone expect this by Christmas, absolutely not, I didn't.
"Not because I didn't believe in the players, just because the massive turnover it took.
"We wanted to be in this position may be in 18 months time.
"To do it at this stage is brilliant."
Supporters must be happy?
"As a supporter it must be difficult not to get behind what you see on the pitch, the character going down 1-0 and again we come back.
"I used that word three or four times at half time.
"We've got character in abundance.
"Character is not something I can go on the training pitch and coach. You can't use the ball to build character. It's just got to be within players.
"And we've recruited players with huge hearts, massive character and again when I took over it was about 18 months since we came from a losing position.
"Today we've done it again."
