Every manager needs good staff and Hereford manager Paul Caddis is no exception.
And in his latest interview he has praised every one of them.
'I must also mention again the work of my assistant, Adam Rooney. We spend more time chatting to each other than we do to our family. We have a brilliant relationship that is built on trust and honesty. He has been a huge shoulder to lean on when needed and when called upon on the pitch he’s been just as reliable.
'My ‘goalie coach, Shaun Edwards, has never taken a penny from this football club and has worked wonders with Curtis Pond and Shay Sterry and is a huge and important part of my team. Dan the kitman is and always will be a supporter of the club and plays a vital part for me when I need a little background on some things Hereford FC related. He is a hugely popular figure in the dressing room.
'James our physio has had a lot to deal with over the last 6 months. I’d probably say more than most at this level in terms of the injuries, but has been very calm and reassuring in his work. Pat, our analyst, who works tirelessly to get us footage as quickly as he can to analyse opposition and, most importantly, our own performances, has also been a great source of help.'
