Banbury are the visitors to Edgar Street this evening and manager Mark Jones has noted how tight the middle of the league table is at present.
"League positions seven to 19 are covered by just three points," said Jones.
Currently Banbury are 10th with 24 points whilst Hereford are 17th with 23 points.
"I’ve never known a league so tight and teams can go from hero to zero, and vice versa, off the back of one result.
"They were three very important points at Tamworth and a great reward for the players who have come together this season to create a new team, which is now working really hard for each other.
"We saw strength and creativity throughout the field and the players showed immense character."
