Recent changes at Gloucester City have concerned the club's Supporters Trust.
Their statement comes after chairman Patrick Chambers recently stood down only a few months since taking charge.
Gloucester have had their worst start to any seasons in 58 years although they did win their FA Trophy tie last Saturday.
“Gloucester City Supporters’ Trust has called for an urgent meeting with the club’s representatives to seek reassurances about the long term future of the club.
We would like to share our members’ concern about the apparent lack of leadership structure at the club currently.
Over the last 22 years, the Trust has been a major patron and sponsor of the club, raising over £1m. This deserves to be recognised in any future relationship with the club.
Our main objective is to support the club in whatever way we can, but we are also mindful about the negative effects caused by ongoing instability, both on the health and well-being of our supporters and the volunteers, and on the reputation of the club.
We will keep our members up to date on any developments, in the meantime we call on all fans to unite behind the team.”
