Hereford are edging closer to the play-offs after beating Brackley 1-0 at Edgar Street.
Man of the match Ceesay's early goal was enough to secure all three points as the Bulls faced a tough test against the Saints, a side always in and around the top seven.
After soaking up a lot of pressure in the first half, Hereford came back out after the break and were able to deal with the visitors more easily, rarely threatening until two chances on the stroke of full time.
Those came after a handful of threats from the Bulls, including sub Adam Rooney being denied by goal line clearance.
Providing all results are in, Hereford are now 10th.
