Hereford manager Paul Caddis spoke to the local media after his side defeated Curzon Ashton 3-1 in one of the most enjoyable games at Edgar Street for some time.
"It was a crazy afternoon,"said Caddis.
"Huge praise to the players and their character again.
"The last time the club came from a goal down was before I joined was 20/21 or some time like that other than Chester away.
"The character we've got in the group is what won us the game today. Never lost belief. Supporters as well, supporters were different class again. Never lost that belief."
Curzon scored against the run of play. It appeared keeper Curtis Pond may have been out of position.
"I'm not too bothered about their goal, that happens, that's a mistake, I've been there myself. I didn't even mention it at half-time."
Caddis was aware of Curzon's tactics.
"We've watched them the last couple of games, they did the same at Brackley a couple of weeks ago. They started off with a five, then second half went to a four.
"I think they've won four and drawn two away from home, they're unbeaten away from home so what they are doing clearly works. They are a well respected side, they are fifth in the league when they came here.
"But we're on a good space at the moment, we're full of belief, we've got that momentum going and we've just got to continue that.
"I said to the players before the game the best teams I've played in and the best teams I'm aware of they press the re-set button every single match and say right let's go again. Just re-set and go again.
"We'll work for each other, we'll run as long and as fast as we possibly can, we have the desire to keep the ball out of the net.
"You look left and you look right in our changing room and everybody is together. For me it's something I'm extremely proud of as a young manager, I still learning myself, I've only been three, four, five months. I'm enjoying this moment."
Alex Babos was man of the match.
"I was shouting at him after thirty minutes, he told me he was tired, I was going to take him off!
"He's another one that epitimises what the team, what the character I'm looking for in the dressing room.
"I don't like losing football matches, but it's part of football losing games.
"We've only been badly beaten at Tamworth. That wasn't through hard work, that wasn't through character, I'll take the blame for that. It was me, I didn't set the team up properly.
"Since then our reactions have been different class, I'm really proud of everyone."
Caddis took off Tolley after 60 minutes and brought on Stanley only to take him off again when Howkins received a second yellow card.
"I've got to say as well I publically in front of everyone apologise to Connor Stanley. It was the most difficult decision I've made since coming here. He's a brilliant lad, trains extremely well.
"At that moment in time it was a decision, I'm here to make tough decisions, trust me it was a very tough decision, but credit to him he was on the pitch after the game smiling. It was a decision I had to make."
