Hereford manager Paul Caddis has brought in two more players this week, Jordan Lyden and Yusifu Ceesay.
And he's told BBC Hereford and Worcester that when the chance comes to bring in players you have to take it.
"When the opportunity comes to snap players like that up, you've got to take it.
"I hoping that people can see that the players I've managed to attract, Paul Downing, Jordan Lyden, lads who have got EFL experience.
"That's what we are trying to build here.
"We just need the time to try and do it.
"We just ask for patience which we've had.
"We're working tiredlessly behind the scenes."
