Former Hereford player Billy Murphy has been fined for driving while having no licence or insurance.
The 27-year-old, of Kenwater Close, Leominster, pleaded guilty to the offences after being caught driving a Ford Fiesta in Pump Piece in the town on March 11.
Murphy was also charged with driving while disqualified, which he pleaded guilty to. However, that offence was withdrawn at the hearing.
The midfielder was part of Peter Beadle's successful Hereford United youth team that reached the FA Youth Cup Fourth Round in 2013/14, with the Bulls bowing out against Manchester City.
After stints at Bristol City and Bath City, the midfielder signed for Hereford FC in December 2017, whom at the time were managed by Beadle.
He left the club in January 2019 when Marc Richards was in charge, and joined Leamington. However, six months later, he was back in Hereford after deciding to join Westfields.
Murphy was part of manager Phil Glover's squad last season, but only made a handful of appearances.
