Cambridge play in the Northern Premier League Midland Division.
Their scorers were Lewis Darlington, Joe Hood, Daniel Cotton and two from Stan Leech.
Following their victory they have moved up to 12th in their league.
Anstey Nomads whom Hereford defeated in the previous round are 7th.
