Striker Tom Hewlett has joined Hereford on loan from Burton Albion initially for three months.
Hewlett was one of four Burton academy graduates to earn professional contracts in the summer of 2020.
A lively striker Tom was a regular scorer for the Young Brewers and quickly making his professional debut as a substitute in the EFL Trophy in September 2020 against Peterborough United.
Injury curtailed his 2020/21 season but his contract was extended for the 2021/22 season, 22/23 and the 23/24 campaigns.
“Tom has joined us on loan from Burton Albion on a short-term deal.
Tom has experience in the National League North and has also featured
in, and trains daily with the Burton Albion First Team," said Hereford manager Paul Caddis.
“He will bring an immense work rate and power to the squad and we are looking forward to working with him. We’d like to thank Burton Albion for their help in securing Tom.”
