Former Hereford defender Zak Lilly has joined Brackley.
He was in their team that played Burton Albion in a friendly last night.
This from Brackley:
Brackley Town are delighted to announce the signing of defender Zak Lilly ahead of the start if the new season.
The 25-year-old started his career at AFC Telford United, where he worked with Gavin Cowan. After seven years at the New Bucks Head, he opted for a move to Hereford FC in June 2022.
He joined Stourbridge this
Summer and now makes the switch to St James Park to link back up with
manager Gavin Cowan, who had this to say about his latest signing "Zak
is strong, quick, can play and has now spent the last few seasons
maturing into what was a new position for him. He is what we think is a
brilliant addition at this stage and gives us real depth in that area.
