Chester have signed 20 year old forward Charlie Caton on a two year deal.
Caton was released by Shrewsbury recently after finishing a loan spell with Chester.
He is the son of the Bala manager.
"Charlie made an enormous contribution during his loan spell last
season in terms of goals and assists and I am ecstatic that we have
secured him on a two-year deal," said Chester manager Calum McIntyre.
"There aren’t many players at this level that can match Charlie’s work ethic and quality and I know he will be a superb signing for us this season."
